The Reef Runner Ripshad comes in two sizes; the 200 series and 400 series are great baits but each is better for different situations. The 200 series has a very subtle action and is excellent for fishing high pressured waters when you want to have a small, realistic presentation. The 400 series has a slightly more aggressive action, and we like to use it on hot summer days when you need to get that bait just a bit deeper. Both of these baits are perfect for Smallmouth Bass and Walleye. The 200 Series runs about 7' when reeling in and can get down to 16' trolled. The 400 Series gets about 8-9' deep when reeling in and can get down to 18' trolled.
