These handcrafted Wooden Fly Fishing Landing Nets are expertly made in the USA with traditional craftsmanship and local materials. The XL Steelhead model, a larger version of the classic Fat Jake, has modifications ideal for Steelhead anglers, while still being suitable for smaller fish. The wooden net hoop is wider and thicker to support a larger fish’s weight, while the rubber bag's holes are no larger than other trout nets. Multiple types of wood are used for a balanced weight-to-strength ratio, and the rubber bag is gentle on the f skin. The hoop is 14" wide by 18" long, the handle 18" long for a secure grip, and the entire net measures 37" head to toe.
